Refund Policy

ProofCart sells digital downloadable products. Because digital files can be accessed, downloaded, copied, or used shortly after purchase, orders are generally final once access has been delivered. However, we want customers to receive what they paid for. Refunds may be reviewed and approved in limited situations, including: duplicate payment, accidental double charge, confirmed technical failure that prevents access to the purchased product, missing or unavailable product file, incorrect file delivered, or another issue that ProofCart verifies as our responsibility. Refunds are usually not approved for: change of mind, accidental purchase after checkout confirmation, failure to read the product description, lack of technical knowledge, device/software incompatibility when requirements were provided, refusal to follow support instructions, or after the product has already been accessed/downloaded successfully. To request a refund review, contact support@bulksellbd.com within 7 days of purchase. Please include your order number, purchase email address, payment date, product name, and a clear explanation of the issue. We may request screenshots, error messages, or other information to investigate the problem. If we can fix the issue by restoring access, replacing the file, correcting the download link, or providing reasonable technical assistance, we may do that instead of issuing a refund. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method where possible. Refund processing times depend on the payment provider, card network, and customer bank. Please contact us before opening a bank dispute or chargeback. If you open a dispute without contacting support, we may submit order records, download logs, payment confirmation, product details, communication records, and delivery evidence to the payment provider. We reserve the right to refuse refunds or restrict accounts where we detect refund abuse, chargeback abuse, unauthorized sharing, fraud, or misuse of our digital products. This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.
