Digital Delivery Policy
ProofCart sells digital products only. No physical products are shipped. After successful payment confirmation, customers receive access to their purchased digital product through their ProofCart account dashboard, order page, or secure download link. Delivery may require verified payment confirmation from the payment provider. For security and fraud prevention, download access may use secure tokens, unique access codes, expiry times, usage limits, account login requirements, IP/device logging, or other protection methods. These controls help prevent unauthorized sharing and protect both customers and ProofCart. If a payment is pending, failed, reversed, disputed, flagged as suspicious, or not confirmed by the payment provider, download access may be delayed, restricted, or removed until the issue is resolved. Customers should download and safely store their purchased files after access is provided. If a valid download link expires or fails, contact support@bulksellbd.com with your order number and purchase email address so we can review and assist. If a technical issue prevents delivery, ProofCart will make reasonable efforts to restore access, regenerate a secure link, replace the file, or provide another suitable delivery method. Customers may not share, resell, upload, redistribute, publish, transfer, or publicly post downloaded files unless the product license clearly allows it.
